
L. Ashley Fortune

Ashley Fortune earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Oklahoma State University, where she pursued a double emphasis in Jewelry & Metal Design and Painting. In addition, she studied pottery and printmaking in South Korea. After graduating, she moved to Egypt, where she led a nonprofit initiative supporting women through textile-based creative work. During her time there, she experienced the 2011 Middle East uprising firsthand. In 2012, Ashley returned to the United States and is now based in the Dallas area, where she continues to work in the creative arts field.
